Barre stretch is an amazing class for the mind and body. Holding each stretch for 2-4mins, this helps lengthen and releases any tightness in your sore muscles. Ending the class is an guided meditation, perfect after a long day. We do suggest completing the stretch class after a barre classic class to ensure your muscles are nice and warm . If you are only attending stretch we recommend a 10 min walk/jog prior to walking in.
