Barre Classic is perfect for a beginner through to intermediate. Using isometric movements combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It is a class geared for everyone—no ballet experience required!
Barre cardio is a great way to increase your heart rate, improve your fitness, build strength and tone. It is fun, beginner friendly class that will improve energy, fitness and help with weight loss.
You can enjoy this class on your lunch break or if you need a midday pick me up. Barre Express is a Barre Cardio/Classic workout compressed into a 45 minute class. For those on the run. The studio has a shower and change room available.
Barre Ballet provides a basic foundation of ballet technique, core strength and flexibility. Previous ballet experience isn’t necessary. No ballet shoes required.
Barre Brisbane offers YUMMY MUMMY classes! Which mean’s you can bring your bub to class.
Enjoy a great work out whilst bonding with your baby. Restore that strength and regain your posture. A baby carrier is required for class. We do have some for hire $5 however we only have limited numbers.
NOTE: New Mums must be at least 12 weeks post pregnancy.
If new mums have any abdominal separation and pelvic issues you will require a letter from you doctor as barre may not be suitable whilst healing.
